Chateau Grand-Lucé is located in the Loire Valley wine region, accessible by train, plane or car.

By Train: Eurostar is the best route from the UK. Trains depart from London St Pancras International and arrive in Paris Gare du Nord. From here, you can either rent a car and drive, or we recommend travelling by train from Paris Montparnasse to the historic town of Le Mans. Booked through ‘The Trainline’, this trip can take as little as 1 hour. By car, the trip is around 2 hrs 10 minutes to central Le Mans and 2 hrs 30 mins to Chateau du Grand-Lucé.

By Plane: The most convenient and frequent flights fly into Paris. From there you can either rent a car or catch a train as detailed above.

By Car: The drive is fairly straightforward for those travelling from London. Using the Channel Tunnel (LeShuttle) from Folkestone and driving down from Calais. The journey from Calais is approximately 4 hrs 40 mins.

Recommended hotel details will be provided soon. Free bus shuttle services will be running to and from the Chateau over the weekend for these selected hotels.
